The New Zealand Ministry of Education requires that schools protect the fees of all students.  Course fees and homestay fees will be paid into the Bethlehem College investment account for foreign fees. Bethlehem College pays homestay fees to the homestay family directly two weeks in advance. Any unused homestay fees are refunded to the student's bank account at the end of the school year.
