For many, enrolling their child at Bethlehem College is a great privilege. BC students not only receive an excellent education, but do so in an environment that simultaneously produces servant leaders of character who go on to do great things. And it's not just about your child's education. It's also about the families at BC that share your journey of raising children and who together, as a community, bring out the best in one another. Process

The enrolment process is based on the Enrolment Policy and is subject to space being available at the requested year level. If and when an application is able to proceed, you will be invited to an interview with the associated Head of School (or their equivalent). All applications will initially be acknowledged by automated email.

Year 0-6 applications may be submitted at any time. For Year 7 and Year 9, applications close 30th June the preceding year. For Year 8 and Years 10-13 the closing date is the end of Term 3.

Late applications may be submitted, although there is no guarantee of a place being available.  

After acknowledging your application by automated email:

  1. Your child/ren’s names will be placed on our waiting list.
  2. You will be contacted when a vacancy becomes available in your child’s year group.
  3. An interview will be scheduled for you and your child with the Head of School.
  4. If clarification of achievement levels is required, some assessments may be carried out as part of the enrolment process.
  5. You will be advised of your child's acceptance with an acceptance pack which will include details of your child's proposed start date and final enrolment forms to complete.
  6. Attendance at a Special Character Seminar may be required.
